Affiliate Manager WeItKey
An international leader, operating across multiple countries in several regions, is looking for a candidate for the vacancy “Affiliate manager” to work with our friendly team;
Functional responsibilities:
- Analysis of traffic volume, search for ways to increase it;
- Making independent daily decisions that are aimed at fulfilling the Company’s business plan.
- Team management (setting tasks and KPI for employees, monitoring results, etc.)
- Analyze the performance indicators of Company: traffic, sources, partners, financial Ratios;
- Attract and retain partners;
- Develop and implement a development strategy for the department;
Requirements:
- Experience with affiliate programs at least 1 year;
- Marketing campaigns;
- Experience with the CPA model;
- Leadership experience;
- Experience in web analytics systems;
- Knowledge of terminology and its operation (Gross Revenue, Net revenue, Gross margin, ROI, CPA, CPC, CR, EPC, EPL);
- Know how to work with these indicators and with the factors that affect them;
- Know how to make decisions based on analytics, work professionally with numbers, and know how to draw conclusions from their analysis;
- Have a successful experience of immersion in a team of 5 people;
- You have successful experience in the development and development of offers in the software: search, analysis, offer development, strategy development, planning, implementation and development;
