Responsibilities:
Search and attraction of new webmasters, agencies, advertising and partner networks.
Working with existing partners, controlling incoming traffic and optimizing during advertising campaigns.
Achievement of the KPI established by the management, timely completion of tasks, assistance in the development of the department for work with partners.
Skills:
- Experience in affiliate marketing (if not, but you consider yourself sensible and purposeful – write, we will teach you quickly)
- Understanding the specifics of the CPA network
- The desire to develop and develop the space around you, to receive useful knowledge, to continuously improve the level of your qualifications
- Ability to work in a team, the ability to always be in touch, the desire to take responsibility and be responsible for the result
- High communication skills. Ability to control emotions, negotiate with people, Solid organizational skills, ability to work under minimum supervision.
